Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages. Maintain accurate service records and customer information. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Follow company policies, service processes, and safety standards.

Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing. Computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred. Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Experience in the automobile service industry preferred.

Valid Driving
