We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development / Marketing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting IT and web-based services, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Freshers with solid communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through online research, social media, and qualified networking platforms.
Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Present and promote IT services such as web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and other software solutions.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Maintain and update client databases,



ensuring follow-ups for closures and conversions.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, online promotions, and brand-building activities.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the management team.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Positive understanding of IT services, software, or web-based products (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
