The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business prospects, finding potential clients, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels
Identify potential clients who require consultancy and marketing services
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline
Connect with decision-makers and schedule business meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up with prospects and manage client communication
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets
Maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements
3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition
Experience in consultancy,



digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales will be preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently research and generate leads
Target-oriented mindset with solid follow-up skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage

Preferred Skills
Experience in selling marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, or business consulting
Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach
Experience handling B2B clients
