Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Premium, and email outreach.
Identify and connect with potential clients across target industries.
Create and execute email marketing and outreach campaigns.
Schedule meetings for the sales team and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
Maintain accurate lead and outreach records in CRM/tools.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator/LinkedIn Premium.
Robust knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
