Handle client inquiries for pharma and nutraceutical products including rates, MOQ, and availability.
Coordinate reorders and share sale order details with internal departments.
Ensure dispatch of products (e.g., Rosven, Pankoflu, Cardizine) via verified logistics channels and confirm delivery.
Liaise with artwork and packaging teams for product branding and client approvals (e.g., PH-RD, Bisprovia).
Track and update project status and client communication using internal software (Zoho/Tranzact).
Collaborate with QA for product specs verification and ensure documentation like COA is complete.
Follow up on outstanding payments and share debit notes if necessary.
Escalate manufacturing or delivery delays to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Ganapathy factory).

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.




2+ years of experience in pharma operations or client coordination.
Proficiency in ERP tools like SAP or Tranzact and CRM platforms like Zoho.
Robust communication (written and verbal) and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with an understanding of packaging regulations and product lifecycle management.
