Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Handling & Business Development Executive to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and coordinate with the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of digital marketing and creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Understand client requirements and prepare detailed project briefs.
Coordinate with the design, content, and performance marketing teams.
Share campaign updates, reports, and progress with clients.
Handle client queries, feedback, and revisions professionally.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.




Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop partnerships and referral prospects.

Creative Knowledge
Review creatives before sharing them with clients.
Coordinate creative requirements with designers.
Suggest improvements in ad creatives, captions, and marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in client servicing, business development, or digital marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently.

Pay: ₹11,588.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month
