Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Manage the cashless desk, insurance desks, and medical billing operations for all empanelled TPAs, corporate schemes, and government health packages.
Pre-Authorization &
Approvals:

Oversee timely submission of pre-authorization forms, initial estimates, enhancement requests, and final discharge approvals.
Denial &
Query Management:

Handle claim queries, short payments, rejections, or denials from insurers by coordinating with clinical and medical record teams.
Liaison &
Networking:

Build and maintain qualified relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate houses.
Compliance &
Auditing:

Ensure complete alignment with hospital pricing policies, package rates, regulatory standards, and individual insurance contract terms.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise TPA executives, billing staff, and front-desk helpers to ensure patient satisfaction and low turnaround times.

Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience.
