Solution design, development, maintenance of Chatbot applications their associated components.
Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions.
Analyse process automation requirements and design Chatbot solutions, architecture and logic.
Create detailed design, process diagrams and related documentation
Develop a comprehensive test suite of automated unit regression tests for each process.
Roll-out of the designed solution to business users and provide the required support
Support, debug, and correct any issues with Production Bots.
Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for automation development, QA, process monitoring and overall development lifecycle.

Required qualifications
8 to 12 years of software development experience
3 years of Chatbot development experience
