We are seeking a Check-in & Boarding Executive to join our team at Chandigarh International Airport. The role involves providing excellent customer service to travelers, checking them in for their flights, and ensuring a smooth and timely boarding process. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome passengers at the check-in counter
Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes
Assist passengers with check-in procedures and luggage drop-off
Handle any inquiries or issues from passengers in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth boarding process
Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers
Provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements to passengers
Keep the check-in counter and boarding gate area clean and organized




Upsell additional services or upgrades to passengers, such as lounge access or priority boarding Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and high-pressure environment
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations is a plus
Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an advantage
