Key Responsibilities:-

-Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products and services.

-Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the Sales team.

-Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

-Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.

-Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

-Build positive relationships with customers through qualified interactions.

-Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate team when required.

-Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

-Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills:-

-0–1 year of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Support, or Sales (Freshers can also apply).

-Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.



Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

-Good listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

-Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

-Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.

-Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

-Robust organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-

-Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer support, or inside sales is a plus.

-Experience working with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
