Sparqal Systems is a Surat-based tech agency building AI automation, custom software, and premium websites for SMBs. We've built responsible in-house delivery capability — now we need someone who can bring in the clients to match it.

This is a commission-only BD role, ideal for someone who already knows how to open doors with small and mid-sized business owners and wants uncapped upside instead of a fixed ceiling.

What you'll do:
Identify and reach out to SMBs that need websites, automation, or custom software
Pitch and negotiate deals — you'll close most of them yourself
Loop in the founder for larger or strategic accounts
Log every lead and deal stage in our shared tracker

What we provide:
Sales collateral, pricing bands, and a company briefing so you're never pitching blind
Rapid, transparent commission payouts once the client pays

Compensation:



15% on one-time project deals, 20% + recurring override on retainer deals, with a volume bonus for closing 3+ deals in a month. No cap on earnings.
