We are hiring a Business Analyst with experience in the BFSI/Microfinance domain to support product initiatives, data analysis, and business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business, transaction, and customer data to generate actionable insights.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports using Excel and BI tools.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
Support product enhancements, sales campaigns, and workflow design.
Coordinate with business and central teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills
10 to 12 years of Business Analyst experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Fintech, or Microfinance.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Python, and Power BI/Tableau.
Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or IT. MBA preferred.
