Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
Conduct online and in-person meetings with potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.





Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation and presentation skills.
Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
Knowledge of CRM tools.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of IT services, Digital Marketing, Software, or Web Development sales is an advantage.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or other lead generation tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
