Key Responsibilities
Conduct process discovery and assess automation opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs), workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
Perform feasibility assessment and ROI analysis for automation candidates.
Collaborate with RPA developers during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of RPA concepts and automation lifecycle.
Experience in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and documentation standards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.




Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process improvement.

Preferred Skills
Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
Exposure to AI/Intelligent Automation initiatives.
