Work according to recipes and standards
Serve dishes on time with proper quality
Maintain taste, presentation, and temperature of food
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Manage own section (under the supervision of Chef de Partie)
Ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
Help in preparation of current menu items
Ensure availability ofraw materials
Minimize wastage
Maintain properstock records
Guide junior staff (Commis)
Work in coordination with the team
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
