Artisanal Café Job Opening – Senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef
Location: Chandigarh–Mohali
We are inviting applications for a Senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef (1 position) to join our artisanal café kitchen. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a chef who thrives on creativity, precision, and team collaboration.
Experience Required: 7+ years in qualified kitchens.
Specialty Areas:
Hot & Cold Kitchen – salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, pastas, continental meals
Recent Product Development (NPD) and menu innovation
Team building, training, and mentoring
HACCP compliance and hygiene management
What We’re Looking For:
A chef passionate about fresh, preservative‑free food philosophy
Robust background in continental and café‑style cuisine
Ability to balance high‑volume production with artisanal quality
Leadership skills to inspire and train the team
