Thapas Energy is looking for an experienced Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Manager to drive sales and business development for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and a solid understanding of the commercial and industrial solar market.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop C&I; solar business opportunities.
Meet commercial and industrial clients to understand their energy requirements.
Conduct site visits and coordinate technical feasibility assessments.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales.
Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams.
Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Engineering,



Business, or related field).
3–5 years of experience in C&I; solar sales or B2B industrial sales.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and industrial energy solutions is preferred.
Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
