Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Lead overall operations including manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance
Expand market presence in textile chemical segments (processing, dyeing, finishing chemicals)
Build robust relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and global partners
Drive innovation in product development and sustainable chemical solutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives
Lead and mentor senior leadership team for high performance
Identify current business opportunities, mergers, or strategic alliances
Represent the company in industry forums and business networks
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of textile processing chemicals and industry trends
Proven track record in business growth and P&L; management
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
Experience in international markets/export business preferred
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Chemical/Textile + MBA
Salary :- Upto 80.00 LPA
