Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Upto- 6.00LPA

Key Responsibilities
Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and business insights to the management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Support strategic business decisions through financial planning and analysis.
Oversee the maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiently.
Develop and implement robust financial controls,



policies, and risk management practices.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).
Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, and ESI compliances.
Solid leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP/Accounting software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Fresher CA/CMA candidates can also apply for this role. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
