Job Summary The Business Development Manager – Sales Performance & Audit will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and improving the performance of the sales team across all branches. The role focuses on analyzing sales activities, reviewing CRM data, evaluating Branch Managers' performance, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of Branch Managers and Sales Executives.
Audit CRM data, sales activities, quotations, follow-ups, and pipeline accuracy.
Evaluate Branch Managers based on sales targets, collections, team productivity, and process compliance.
Review daily sales reports, activity reports, collection reports, and branch MIS.
Verify the accuracy of data submitted by Branch Managers and identify discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to company sales SOPs, CRM discipline, and reporting standards.
Track lead conversion, quotation turnaround time (TAT), follow-up compliance,



and lead ageing.
Prepare management dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions and improvement plans.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Present periodic performance analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Business Analytics, MIS, or Performance Management.
Robust analytical, auditing, and reporting skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
