Client Support & Engagement: Assist students and working professionals by guiding them through our career counseling programs and resolving initial program queries.
Communication & Coordination: Handle incoming inquiries across communication channels to explain program offerings and scheduling options.
Follow-Ups & Service Guidance: Re-engage prospective clients to share detailed program outlines and match them with appropriate career support services.
Relationship Management: Build solid relationships with individual clients (B2C) and organizational partners (B2B) to support ongoing program outreach.
Operations Support: Maintain organized records of client interactions and support the team in identifying current outreach opportunities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
