Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities for recruitment and HR services.
Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
Schedule client meetings and present company services.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills
1–4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or BPO industry is preferred.

Job Type - Remote Working Hours - 10:00am-7:00pm
