Position: CAE Process Automation Engineer

Location: Chennai – Sholinganallur

Work Mode: Work From Office (Full time)

Interview Process: 2 Technical Rounds (Face-to-Face)

Education: BE / ME

Experience: 2–5 Years
Develop tools and techniques to enhance speed, capability, and improve the quality and robustness of virtual models.
Develop automation solutions for new and existing CAE processes to reduce turnaround time and improve quality.
Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Support methods reviews and contribute improvement ideas.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph, ANSA, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), and Teamcenter .
Robust programming knowledge in TCL/TK, Python, and Excel VBA .
Experience in CAE process automation and customization/implementation.
Ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Experience working in an Agile setting.
Good communication skills.
