Key Responsibilities
Develop automation tools and techniques to improve the speed, quality, and robustness of CAE virtual models.
Automate new and existing CAE workflows to reduce turnaround time and enhance efficiency.
Identify process gaps and recommend automation and process improvements.
Support methods reviews and contribute innovative ideas.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Solve complex technical challenges related to CAE process automation.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in CAE Process Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph, ANSA, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), and Teamcenter.
Robust programming skills in TCL/TK, Python, and Excel VBA.
Experience in developing CAE automation/customization solutions.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
