We’re Hiring: Brand & Marketing Creative (Perfume Brand)

Location: Mohali

We’re building a perfume brand and looking for someone who can bring crazy, fresh marketing ideas and help shape the brand from the ground up.

What we’re looking for

Someone who lives and breathes brand building (experienced or highly hungry to grow with us)

Ability to generate bold, unconventional marketing ideas that actually get attention

Comfortable staying connected and updated across our other businesses too

Creative thinker who can own marketing direction and help define the brand’s personality, voice, and presence

Ideal candidate

Has experience in perfume, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands OR

Is extremely passionate about building a brand from scratch and ready to put in the work

Thinks differently — not just “post on Instagram” ideas, but real campaigns, storytelling, collaborations, and attention-grabbing concepts





Communicative, proactive, and able to stay aligned with multiple business verticals

What you’ll do

Come up with high-impact, creative marketing ideas

Help build and refine the brand identity and positioning

Stay connected with our other businesses and keep everything aligned

Contribute to overall brand growth strategy

This is not a regular 9–5 marketing role. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something.
