Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery.
Process bills and collect payments when required.
Requirements
Prior experience as a server in a café, restaurant, or hotel is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Positive attitude and team player.
