About the Role

We are seeking a agile Business Development Manager with a solid background in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Wealth Management, or High-End Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HNI/UHNI clients, closing high-value deals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for premium real estate projects.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations.
Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.





Desired Profile
6–10 years of experience in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Real Estate, Wealth Management, or similar industries.
Proven track record in high-ticket sales and client relationship management.
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Goa-based candidates preferred.
