Reliable Investigation Services is looking for a agile and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer/candidate queries, collecting required information, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely completion of background verification processes.
Roles &
Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
Contact candidates/customers to collect and verify required details.
Explain the verification process and resolve basic queries.
Follow up with candidates to obtain pending documents or information.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the operations team for timely case closure.
Achieve daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
