Role Overview

We are seeking a professional, punctual, and highly discreet Company Car Driver to provide protected and reliable transportation for executives, management, team members, and official corporate guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining company vehicles in top condition, navigating efficient routes, and representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Corporate Transport
Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and visiting VIPs to meetings, airports, events, and business functions.
Maintain strict punctuality, ensuring passengers arrive at their destinations safely and on schedule.
Demonstrate utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate discussions or materials handled during travel.

Vehicle Maintenance & Appearance
Ensure company vehicles remain clean, sanitized, and impeccably maintained both inside and out.
Perform daily pre-trip checks (fluid levels, tire pressure, fuel, brakes, and lights).
Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, vehicle inspections, and annual maintenance with authorized service centers.

Route Planning & Logistical Support
Plan optimal routes using real-time navigation software, taking into account traffic, construction,



and weather conditions.
Manage vehicle logs, toll records, parking fees, and fuel expenses with accurate documentation for expense reporting.
Assist passengers with luggage, door openings, and general convenience services as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
License & Record: Valid driver’s license with a flawless driving history and zero major safety violations.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a corporate driver, personal chauffeur, or executive transport driver.
Qualified Demeanor: Courteous etiquette, neat personal grooming, and professional attire.
Navigation Skills: Expert knowledge of local roads, highways, alternative routes, and proficiency with modern GPS tools.
Communication: Explicit verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal tact.

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends when executive schedules demand.
Ability to sit and drive comfortably for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry luggage or corporate equipment (up to 20 kg / 45 lbs).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
