Role & responsibilities
Will have to establish distribution network of Agent Advisors through a team of Field Executives.
Will be responsible for achievement of assigned Unit target and Individual targets.
Should be able to build a cohesive team to establish a solid distribution network and achieve stretch goals.
4)At least 3 to 4 years in sourcing /Distribution and Managing team of FLS in Agency Business and also having significant experience in employee perks.
