We are looking for a agile and performance-driven Cluster Manager to lead and manage multiple outlets within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, driving sales, maintaining quality standards, and leading teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of multiple QSR outlets within the cluster.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational excellence.

People Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate Restaurant Managers and staff.
Ensure proper staffing levels, scheduling, and manpower planning.
Conduct training sessions on operations, service quality, and customer handling.
Drive employee engagement, discipline, and performance improvement initiatives.

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly sales targets and profitability for each outlet.
Implement local store marketing activities to grow footfall and revenue.
Analyze sales reports and identify prospects for business improvement.




Track KPIs such as ATV, UPT, labor cost, and food cost.

Customer Experience
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across all outlets.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Ensure timely resolution of service gaps and feedback.

Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Training & Finance teams for smooth operations.
