Understand client briefs and independently develop insight-driven content plans and social media calendars aligned to brand goals.
Lead content ideation and copywriting for posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. with minimal supervision.
Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients, secure approvals, and drive execution end-to-end.
Manage Online Reputation (ORM) by ensuring timely, skilled, and brand-appropriate responses to all consumer interactions.
Track competitor activity, identify gaps, and propose differentiated content strategies.
Monitor industry/category trends and integrate insights into campaign planning.
Conduct daily research on social platforms and news/media outlets to share updates, trend alerts, and opportunities with the team.
Share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, media buyers, and account teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery.




Take ownership of timelines, output, and problem-solving without waiting for escalation.
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring smooth execution.
Manage and mentor the social media team — assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Plan, prioritize, and track team workload effectively while maintaining quality standards.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
