Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing practices
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and fixture concepts
Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens
Understanding of quality inspection instruments including Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and CMM concepts
Knowledge of ISO quality systems, TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen

Knowledge of Software Programming like Powermill, Mastercam, NX etc. (POWERMILL Preferable)
Supervise daily operations of CNC machining centers, VMC, VTL and CNC lathes
Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum machine utilization
Coordinate first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks
Monitor tool life
Train and mentor CNC operators and technicians
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts when required
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a quick-paced production environment

Pay: ₹11,775.84 - ₹35,229.28 per month
