Ensure that SOH increases(pl confirm if this applies to CM role ) NPA trend . Analyze the NPA trend like area, industry, sector etc. .
Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies / infants. Infant loan which is less than 12 months NPA . Ensure qualitative portfolio
