The Play School Coordinator / Center Head / Counselor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring a protected and nurturing learning workplace, supporting admissions and parent counseling, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the play school/center.
Lead, supervise, and support teachers and non-teaching staff.
Counsel parents regarding admission procedures, curriculum, and child development.
Handle admissions, enrollments, and maintain student records.
Ensure a protected, clean, and child-friendly learning environment.
Plan and monitor academic activities, events, and celebrations.




Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
Address parent concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
Monitor children's progress and coordinate with teachers for individual development.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports related to admissions, attendance, and school performance.
Promote the school through community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
