Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
3+ years of project management experience in security, cryptography, or cybersecurity.
Solid knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (RSA, AES, ECC) and protocols.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira or MS Project.
Familiarity with compliance standards (FIPS, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA) and security tools (PKI, KMS, HSM).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Positive-to-Have
Certifications: PMP, CISSP.
Programming knowledge (Python, Java, C++).
Experience in security audits, cloud security (AWS, Azure), and vulnerability assessments.
