Minimum 5 years of experience in the Mumbai retail real estate sector.
Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end construction project execution.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules.
Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines to achieve project objectives.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and review project plans, progress reports, and execution schedules.
Manage project resources, procurement, and contractor performance.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular management updates.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
