Develop and execute strategies to grow the international Cost Per Sale (CPS) affiliate business.

Identify, acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate agencies, and strategic partners/brands and campaigns across global markets.

Build and maintain robust relationships with affiliates, advertisers.

Drive revenue growth by identifying current business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.

Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize affiliate programs to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful campaign execution.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth prospects.

Prepare regular business reports, revenue forecasts, and performance updates.
