We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to build strong relationships with customers, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, resolve queries, and help customers achieve maximum value from our products or services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with robust problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 1) Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup and usage.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.




Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills: Customer-first mindset. Time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
