We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to join our energetic BPO team in the Collections department.Work Mode: Work from OfficeLocation: GurugramSalary: ₹23,000 - ₹27,000 CTCResponsibilities
Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans based on their financial situation and company policies.
Update the recovery system with customer interactions and payment arrangements.
Provide skilled and empathetic service to address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications
Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English with no major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). Grammatical and pronunciation accuracy is essential.
Education: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Experience: Both experienced specialists and freshers are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
