Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
Explain slimming programs, treatments, and membership packages.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
Maintain client records and update CRM software.
Maintain daily appointment schedule, rescheduling and confirming client visits.
Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and clinic staff.
Support sales by promoting packages and achieving monthly targets.
Process payments and prepare daily reports.
Handle incoming & outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads for appointments.
Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients
Prior experience in customer service, front office, tele calling, or sales is an added advantage.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
