– Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data in company software and Excel.
Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
Maintain confidentiality of company data.
Support management with MIS and administrative data requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry or office documentation.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, Pivot Tables preferred).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Google Sheets.




Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
