Documentation
Enter shipment, dispatch, and delivery details accurately into the ERP/TMS system.
Update customer orders, vehicle details, and transporter information.
Maintain records of invoices, LRs (Lorry Receipts), E-Way Bills, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and delivery challans.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

Order &
Dispatch Management
Update dispatch status and delivery progress in the system.
Coordinate with the operations and traffic teams for timely data updates.
Track pending shipments and ensure records are updated regularly.

MIS &
Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate reports related to dispatch, deliveries, inventory, and pending orders.
Maintain accurate records for management review.

Inventory &
Warehouse Support




Update inward and outward stock transactions.
Record GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in the system.
Assist in stock reconciliation and cycle count documentation.

Document Management
Maintain both physical and digital records of logistics documents.
Ensure all documents are properly filed and audit-ready.
Retrieve documents whenever required by internal teams or customers.

Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.
Follow up on missing or incorrect documents.
Support smooth communication between departments.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
