Position: Dental Assistant & Receptionist

Location: Adishri Dental Clinic, Whitefield, Bengaluru

ResponsibilitiesDental Assistant
Prepare the dental operatory before each patient.
Assist the dentist during dental procedures like RCT, Extraction, Implants, etc.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to infection control protocols.
Prepare dental materials and equipment as required.
Ensure the treatment area is clean and organized.
Maintain patient records and treatment documentation.
Monitor inventory and inform the clinic about low stock.

Receptionist
Welcome patients with a friendly and qualified attitude.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
Register new patients and maintain patient records.
Coordinate billing and collect payments.
Manage follow-up appointments and patient reminders.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC.
Prior experience in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory.




Freshers willing to learn are welcome.
Valuable communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and internet).
Friendly, punctual, and well-groomed.
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
Morning: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
