We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day IT support activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support for hardware and software-related issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and basic software applications
Configure and support printers and scanners
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook
Diagnose and resolve system, network, and user-related issues
Perform basic networking tasks, including LAN connectivity
Handle cable crimping and colour coding (RJ45)
Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Provide timely troubleshooting and user support
