Role Description The Digital Head (Performance) – D2C (FMCG) is a full time, in office role based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for leading performance marketing initiatives across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Fitspire’s D2C FMCG portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing data-driven digital strategies, overseeing campaign planning and optimization, managing budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators through web and marketing analytics.

The Digital

Head will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams, guide digital transformation efforts, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent brand presence and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation to scale D2C FMCG brands.





Robust Project Management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional digital initiatives.

Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring and managing high-performing digital teams.

Deep understanding of performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid social, display, remarketing, affiliate marketing).

Experience in D2C, FMCG, or health and wellness sectors is highly beneficial.

Ability to work with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and A/B testing tools.

Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
