operations, collections and customer service team to facilitate the customer in a better way. 6.Providing constant inputs and suggestions to improvise the process and policies to facilitate faster decisioning of application.

Required Qualifications And Experience - MBA Finance with relevant experience.
Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high-ticket size loans
Positive attitude and team player- will be part of a team
Comfortable with 6 Day working and extended hours whenever required
Ability to perform under high pressure situations consistently while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring zero escalations from Sales
Must have local market understanding.
