Job Title: Legal Associate – Non-Listed Debenture Trustee

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet debenture transaction documents, including Debenture Trust Deed, Trustee Agreement, Information Memorandum, and Security Documents.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with clients, legal counsels, and internal teams for transaction execution.
Review security creation documents and monitor ROC/CERSAI filings.
Handle legal queries and support security enforcement under applicable laws such as SARFAESI and IBC.
Maintain transaction records and ensure compliance with trust deed obligations.

Required Skills:
3–6 years of experience in debt transactions, banking & finance, or trustee services.
Robust knowledge of the Companies Act, SARFAESI Act, IBC, ROC, and CERSAI.
Excellent drafting, document review, and legal research skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per hour
