Job Overview The Digital Marketing & Engagement Officer is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies that strengthen ANSA McAL Distribution Inc.’s online presence, increase brand awareness, and foster meaningful engagement with customers, employees, and stakeholders. The role combines content creation, social media management, digital advertising, analytics, and community engagement to support the Company’s marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the Company’s objectives.
Manage the Company’s social media platforms, including content planning, creation, publishing, and community engagement.
Create compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, photography, and copy for various marketing channels.
Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach and return
on investment.
Maintain and update website content and support search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.
Track, analyze,



and report on digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide digital marketing support for corporate events, product launches, promotions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
Qualified certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics,
Meta Blueprint, or related areas would be an asset.

Experience
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or corporate communications.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or a corporate setting is highly desirable.
