As we scale recent heights, we’re looking for a visionary Director of Marketing to shape our marketing strategy and lead our energetic team.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team of six and manage a network of freelancers.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment.
Drive demand generation through ABM, paid social, webinars, and email marketing.
Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, eBooks, videos, and webinars.
Enhance our digital presence through SEO and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
Ensure smooth marketing automation and personalized content delivery.




Track and report key performance metrics (MQLs, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline growth).
Manage the monthly marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proven expertise in B2B tech marketing and building scalable strategies.
Strong content marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation knowledge.
Experience working with marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Marketo).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
